MohawkLanguage.ca is a website produced by the team at MoniGarr.com and is dedicated to the Revival & Retention of Kanien’kéha dialects. We are producing Kanien’kéha revival content for Kanien’kéhake projects.
MoniGarr.com is a small tech company based in the Akwesasne Mohawk Reservation. MoniGarr is an Onkwehonwe multi-discipline artist & co-founder of MoniGarr.com. Walter is also a co-founder of MoniGarr.com and a Mohawk multi-disciplinary artist in Akwesasne.
MoniGarr and Walter work with remote contractors to produce XR experiences for Indigenous language revival & retention. Most of their work integrates traditional arts and digital art forms that visualize Kanien’kéhake in past, present and future environments.
